Allergy & Asthma Network’s Not One More Life Trusted Messengers project is made possible through funding from the global biopharmaceutical company Sanofi.
If the results of your online screenings indicate you may be at a high-risk for respiratory illness, you may be contacted to enroll in the Trusted Messenger project’s free 6-week digital program designed to connect you to the care you need to stay healthy during the COVID-19 pandemic. Self Care Catalysts (The Self Care MVMT), a patient-centered digital therapeutics, intelligence and analytics company, will be managing the digital intervention for individuals who are screened through the Trusted Messengers project.
